Carrying around unrequited love is dragging around a rug with a corpse wrapped inside – hoping to save both.
It’s putting out a fire in hell, it’s debating the sun, it’s praying to a god who doesn’t exist:
hopeless.

I think it is beautiful that we will all, one day, feed the bugs.
I like that everything in life is personally meaningful but cosmically insignificant.
It reminds me that I am a soul above all else; it will persist when even the bugs are gone.

How do you put the Sun into words?
Like a pride of lions chasing quick-witted, agile gazelles, the words escape us.
We will only catch them when Mother decides we’ve appreciated it all enough.

People are so comfortable being negative and hateful, online especially but in real life as well. I understand my harsh review and joy expressed below aren’t looking great right now, but this is my website so here is my hypocrite take: we all have judgements and criticisms, but the people who dedicate such energy to hating, disliking, judging inside and out – they are rotting their own souls. The contrarians, dissenters, and naysayers don’t just ruin others’ fun, they’re eating away at themselves as well. Anger and hate have a price, better to be an optimist and a believer in people!
Today I saw a news story that said Baileys’ Range’s building is up for sale. I have nothing against the owners, and I do wish them well, but it filled me with overwhelming joy because that food was genuinely the worst shit I have ever eaten. Have you ever had a fried pickle that was reminiscent of a deep fried baseball mitt? Well, hopefully now you never will.
